Overview
We have opportunities available to join us as Senior Operator Grade 2 & 3 across various shifts in our Packaging and Manufacturing teams. Both roles offer experienced production/manufacturing personnel a hands-on opportunity to excel in the successful and efficient production and packaging of pharmaceutical drug product. Applications are invited from those with experience in a regulated environment (e.g., manufacturing, packaging, engineering, food & drinks). Effective leadership skills, along with excellent communication and the ability to complete documentation to a high standard are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with production and/or packaging activities to ensure quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical products.
- Operate within a regulated environment and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Complete documentation to a high standard and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate leadership where applicable and communicate effectively with the team and supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, engineering, or related fields within a regulated environment.
- Effective leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to complete documentation to a high standard.
Hours of Work / Shifts
- Rotational Shift – Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm Week 1 / 2pm – 10pm Week 2 (16.7% Shift Premium)
- Nightshift – Sunday – Thursday – 10pm – 6am (33.3% Shift Premium)
- Continental Day Shift – 7am – 7pm (20% Shift Premium)
- Continental Night Shift – 7pm – 7am (36% Shift Premium)
