An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, 50-strong multidisciplinary design practice in London. Known for its collaborative ethos and commitment to quality, the studio delivers a diverse range of design-led, technically robust projects across sectors including Education, Arts & Culture, Blue Light, Workplace, Defence, Healthcare, Residential, Heritage, Leisure, and Labs. This newly created leadership role is a pivotal part of their long-term succession planning. This opportunity would be ideal for an Associate - Senior Associate level architect with a strong background in complex public and private sector projects, and confident using industry-standard software (such as Revit and AutoCAD).
Package:
- £70,000–£80,000 starting salary (negotiable for the right person)
- Salaried Directorship

Duties:
- Lead and grow a 7–8 person architectural team within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setup
- Contribute to strategic business planning as part of the Director group
- Drive quality and innovation across a broad project portfolio
- Represent the practice in early-stage client and stakeholder meetings
- Support business development by building relationships and identifying new workstreams
- Shape the future direction of the practice with potential to progress to salaried Partner and equity holder
