A global leader in innovative building façades and sustainable construction solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive project success at the tender stage. In this role, you will be the critical link between main contractors, fabricators, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination to improve conversion rates for high-profile projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project profiles for tender-stage projects (RIBA phases 4-5), tracking key contractors and fabricators.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders via phone and email to ensure tender pricing and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to maintain accurate fabricator lists and contract terms.
  • Record all project activity in real-time using our CRM system (CPS) and analyze monthly conversion metrics.
  • Identify and engage alternative fabricators when pricing challenges arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM systems.

  • Experience with construction tender processes (RIBA Plan of Work).
  • Background in internal sales or lead generation.
