We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EMEA based Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role requires a professional with the ability to think globally and act locally, with a proven ability to inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in supporting our cross functional Go-To-Market (GTM) organization with regular actionable data and insights.
A Day in the Life of the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - About the role Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders across the GTM organization to provide effective reporting & management in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Excellent high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information, ideas, procedures and processes clearly and in a logical sequence.
- Develop and motivate team of Revenue Operations Analysts, driving alignment and efficiencies in standard reporting needs across the GTM organization.
- Responsible for leading the standardization and reporting governance for the GTM organization.
- Serve as the business liaison on cross-functional initiatives to optimize business processes and/or data accuracy.
- Facilitate and support annual strategic and planning activities such as, territories, quota setting and evaluation, capacity modeling, optimization etc.
- Act as key liaison for aligning territory quotas and managing compensation escalations.
- Define requirements for specific tooling to support processes and optimize their day-to-day work.
- Ad-hoc reporting requests and ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
Required Qualifications - About you
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling including, Excel, BI and reporting tools.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an Operational business role running and analyzing data as it relates to KPI’s, Trends, Quotas, Productivity etc.
- Expertise in creating complex dashboards and reports in Power BI or any similar analytic tool.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generating meaningful insights that can be deployed by the GTM organization.
- Ability to analyse multiple datasets and deliver succinct reporting on key performance metrics to key stakeholders across the Chief Revenue Officer’s organisation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Competence in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM tools), with ability to create advanced level reporting.
- Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and consistently follows through on commitments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Highly Desired
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in operations based and/or finance roles, including 5+ years serving in a similar capacity.
- SQL basics, willingness to keep developing as required to work with tools and dataset available.
- Self-starter, multitasker, team player, excellent communicator, works well under pressure and follows through on tasks.
- Shows desire to take on responsibility.
- Experience with a technical or software related product suite, enterprise software experience highly preferred.
