Feeling stuck in a chain that’s going nowhere? Now’s the time to join a growing and ambitious law firm and progress your career. Having gone through a recent period of growth, this £25m+ turnover law firm are now seeking a Real Estate Solicitor for their London office.
One of the Partners in the firm started as a Trainee and they’ve had numerous examples of junior Solicitors progressing through the ranks, to Associate, Senior Associate and Partner. The Solicitor you’ll be working alongside is extremely entrepreneurial and will help you achieve your career goals. You'll also be joining a law firm with over 300 people, so there will be plenty of support. With over 100 years of history, this law firm have an excellent reputation in the real estate market.
You will work across both residential and commercial property (70/30%). This means you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of transactions and not become too specialised early in your career. You will work with a variety of clients, including developers, end-users, property investors, banks and offshore clients.
You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a property transaction – mostly sales and purchases. The majority of this will be residential transactions, though you’ll also get trained on commercial property. It’s a supportive culture. They would rather you raise your hand than not understand something. You’ll be encouraged to be curious. This is an office-based role, which means you will have plenty of opportunity to learn. There will be senior Solicitors on hand to help develop skills and supervise you as you start your legal career.
What you’ll need:
- 1 – 3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
- Experience in residential property.
