We are seeking a hands-on Treasury Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on delivering rapid, practical solutions across collateral, liquidity, and stress testing disciplines.

About the Role

This role is about driving small but impactful wins, breaking down complex projects into manageable, deliverable parts. You will work closely with stakeholders to rapidly develop and implement solutions that improve how data is captured, processed, and reported, replacing manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows with automated, scalable processes.

Your main focus will be on understanding and integrating diverse data feeds related to collateral liquidity and stress testing requirements, helping to build meaningful management information (MI) and reporting tools. You will evaluate current processes, identify quick-win opportunities, and design solutions that streamline data capture and reporting, ideally moving toward automated data lakes and more efficient data environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver rapid, tactical solutions to improve data processes and reporting in Treasury and Finance-related functions
  • Analyze and re-engineer manual workflows currently reliant on spreadsheets and manual data feeds
  • Collaborate with business lines to understand their liquidity environments and data footprints
  • Break down large, complex projects into smaller, manageable deliverables with clear impact
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documentation and process mapping
  • Build automated tools and dashboards using Python, Power BI, and other coding languages
  • Engage with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology to drive practical solutions forward

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in Treasury, Finance, or related disciplines, with exposure to collateral, liquidity, or stress testing a plus
  • Strong technical skills in Python, Power BI, and ideally other coding languages to build data-driven solutions
  • Proven ability to deliver incremental improvements quickly, balancing quality and speed
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets, with a focus on automation and data integration
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where practical, scalable solutions are prioritized
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and senior stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience working on projects that transform manual data processes into automated solutions
  • Familiarity with data lakes, data feeds, or similar data architectures
  • Project management or change management qualifications a plus

Why This Role?

If you enjoy working hands-on with data and technology, driving real change through rapid, incremental delivery, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming treasury data and reporting capabilities.
