A leading real estate company is one of the UK’s largest private owners of retail, commercial and industrial property. The company has diverse interests, with a focus in recent years on acquiring real estate in areas of regeneration as well as throughout Europe.

The company has a new opportunity for a real estate lawyer to join its West Midlands office, near Dudley. In this role, you will have responsibility for managing your own portfolio, including landlord and tenant, estate management and development work. You will be part of a team of lawyers who are based in several offices around the UK, with this office being the head office.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include providing strategic and commercial advice to the business with a focus on supporting the asset managers.

  • A strong commercial real estate background is essential.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiating skills are also essential with asset management experience being key.
  • The role will suit an individual with strong commercial acumen who wants to work closely with the business and who is interested in a wide-ranging position.
