About the Role
The studio is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the conceptualisation and development of luxury interior projects from brief to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for translating a client’s vision into exceptional design outcomes — producing mood boards, sketches, and space plans, while selecting finishes and materials that elevate the interior experience. You’ll play a lead role in the creative process while maintaining oversight of detailed design development and project timelines. This position requires a strong design sensibility, effective project management, and the ability to confidently guide Interior Design team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design process from concept development through to project completion for luxury interior projects
- Produce compelling design presentations including mood boards, sketches, and space plans
- Oversee detailed design development, materials selection, and specification packages

Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 6+ years of interior design experience (senior-level), ideally within the high-end or international design market

- Proven project management experience across multiple, simultaneous projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
