About the Role

The studio is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the conceptualisation and development of luxury interior projects from brief to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for translating a client’s vision into exceptional design outcomes — producing mood boards, sketches, and space plans, while selecting finishes and materials that elevate the interior experience. You’ll play a lead role in the creative process while maintaining oversight of detailed design development and project timelines. This position requires a strong design sensibility, effective project management, and the ability to confidently guide Interior Design team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design process from concept development through to project completion for luxury interior projects
  • Produce compelling design presentations including mood boards, sketches, and space plans
  • Oversee detailed design development, materials selection, and specification packages
  • Ensure all design output aligns with client expectations and project goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to quality and timelines

About You

You are a confident, detail-oriented designer with a strong track record in high-end residential or hospitality interiors. You bring leadership, vision, and a deep understanding of luxury design to your work.

Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 6+ years of interior design experience (senior-level), ideally within the high-end or international design market
  • Exceptional concept development and presentation skills
  • Proven project management experience across multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design leadership in luxury residential or hospitality projects
  • Fluent in English
