This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel – Data Privacy to join a global legal team. If you're passionate about data protection and thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape privacy strategy across multiple business functions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Advise on complex privacy matters across product development, marketing, and commercial operations.
  • Guide teams on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and privacy best practices.
  • Support privacy-related incident management and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain policies, processes, and training to strengthen compliance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in data privacy, ideally with in-house exposure.
  • Some leadership/management/formal mentoring experience (although worth noting that this is still very much a hands-on role).
  • Deep expertise in GDPR and global data protection laws.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business advice.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, ad tech, and digital innovation.
  • Experience with privacy management tools is a plus.
