In this role, you will support the business initiatives to continuously improve their ServiceNow platform. Your focus will be on system processes, optimization, and supporting the overall application environment. This is a client/stakeholder-facing role, collaborating with 6 fellow applications managers to support the adoption and expansion of ServiceNow across the business, including business and customer integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) . Experience with FSM, ITSM, and SPM is desirable. Location/Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in London or Sunbury Requirements: Proven experience in ServiceNow applications, specifically CSM (FSM/ITSM/SPM is a plus) Experience as an Application Manager or Consultant with line management and stakeholder engagement Strong knowledge of workflows, UI policies, flow designer, ACL, integration hub, and business rules Deep understanding of customer service business processes If you\’re interested in joining a private equity-backed company committed to continuous improvement, please send your updated CV to start the conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
