Located at the European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine, Ayrshire, our 12-to-15-month placement will report to a key member of the Dealer Support team. This role is available for Hybrid Working., The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:

Support dealers in co-ordinations of orders from quotations through to shipment.

Providing sales order support for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) sales team.

Issue Credit notes, maintenance of shipment files and updating manufacturing delays.

Planning and shipment support of imported products from U.S.

Identification, management, and delivery of process improvement project.

Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses.

Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with Dealers.

Candidates should be competent in Microsoft Office.

Candidates should be able to work enthusiastically and efficiently within a team.
