Verian Group is looking for an EA to support our Global CEO and Global COO. Alongside the expected requirements of this role, we are specifically looking for expertise in supporting the regular cadence of meetings with our Group Board, Audit and Risk Committee, and Technology Committee. The role will be based in our London Westminster office, where we ask staff to attend an average of three days a week.
THE ROLE
- Coordinating, taking minutes for, managing actions and ensuring documentation is appropriately prepared for Verian Group Board meetings, Audit and Risk Committee Meetings, and Technology Committee meetings.
- Ensuring the cadence of meetings and reporting reflects the requirements and that Group Board members are fully supported with travel where required (both in the UK and abroad).
- Taking full ownership for managing all travel including VISAs and transport for the CEO and COO ensuring they are in line with company policy to include the processes of expenses.
- Establish and maintain documents and records in appropriate files.
- Liaise with other Executive Assistant resources before booking any annual leave to ensure there is EA cover at all times.
- Assist other EA resources when support is required. This will include but not be limited to being on hand when meetings are taking place, helping with logistics, dealing with ad hoc requests.

- Is a self-starter who has demonstrable experience of working at Group Board level.
- Has a high attention to detail, is great at planning and willing to be flexible across a broad range of accountabilities.
- A team player who is willing to be adaptable and flexible to support where needed.
- Has good communication skills with an innate knowledge of what should be treated as confidential.
- Positive attitude and 'can do' approach, good at problem solving.
- Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-moving but fun team.
- Has project management capability.
- Can manage to work within short deadlines if required.
- Will be willing to get involved with a variety of projects where required to support the business.
