About the role
Fella and Jones are delighted to partner with a high growth clothing and lifestyle brand. They are building an exciting clothing and accessories range in collaboration with a high-performing sports star, merging streetwear style with premium quality and cultural impact. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded and creatively engaged Buyer / Senior Buyer to take the lead in shaping product strategy, sourcing, and merchandising for a fast-growing brand with global ambitions.
You’ll play a central role in expanding the range across apparel, accessories, and gifting, ensuring every product reflects the brand’s identity while driving commercial success across all channels.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the buying function with full ownership of product mix, margins, and performance
- Build and manage seasonal assortments across clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products
- Source, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure strong commercial terms, quality standards, and reliable delivery
- Collaborate with design and brand teams to develop products that align with creative direction and commercial targets
- Plan seasonal buys aligned with retail moments, product drops, and marketing activations
- Monitor sales and stock performance, making informed decisions to optimise inventory and turnover
- Identify new opportunities for product and category growth through market, trend, and competitor analysis
- Streamline buying processes and implement best practices to support business growth
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, logistics, e-commerce and finance teams to ensure successful product launches
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion buying or merchandising
- Proven commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand integrity and profit goals
- Skilled in supplier negotiation, sourcing, and production oversight
- Experienced in building cohesive product ranges across multiple categories
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative communicator and confident stakeholder manager
- Passion for fashion, streetwear, or sport culture is a plus
