Business Analyst

Contract Business Analyst | Up to £(Apply online only)/day – Outside IR35 | 6 months | Birmingham/Hybrid We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade. Business Analyst contract experience with either COINS or Microsoft Dynamics is essential. Key Responsibilities: Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level Coordinate Compliance with IT Governance Coordinate and support user acceptance testingSkills & Experience Required: Proven experience supporting either COINS or Dynamics Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users Experience working in large, enterprise environments Good technical knowledge of Foundation IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure concepts, Business Applications, Middleware integrations.
