LEADING LONDON LAW FIRM SEEKS PROACTIVE EMPLOYMENT TAXES SENIOR (AT SENIOR ASSOCIATE, LEGAL DIRECTOR OR PARTNER LEVEL) TO HELP DEVELOP AN EMPLOYMENT TAX TEAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and build a high-caliber employment tax team, reflecting your unique approach.
  • Secure premium clients, capitalizing on the firm’s employment law platform to expand tax mandates.
  • Advise on technical employment tax issues: IR35 compliance, PAYE/NICs optimization, and tax-efficient reward structures.
  • Recruit and mentor talent, cultivating an innovative, results-driven team culture.

  • Monitor HMRC regulations and author thought leadership to boost firm visibility.
Requirements:
  • 6-7 years’ PQE minimum in employment tax, with proven client-winning ability.
  • Expert knowledge of UK tax regimes (PAYE, NICs, IR35, benefits taxation).
  • Strong leadership and practice-building skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • CTA/ATT or legal qualification (essential).
  • Strategic, networked, and entrepreneurial profile.
