Job Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Hourly Rate: £70-100/hour (depending on seniority)
Location: London / Remote
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide advice and consultation to start-ups, scale-ups & SMEs based on your respective legal specialism (commercial law, employment law etc.)
- Provide proactive and impartial guidance in line with company policies on specific legal matters
- Interpreting laws and regulations, advising clients on their rights, obligations, and risk
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as well as reviewing existing documents for compliance.
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and case law
Required Experience
- 7+ years as a specialist Law Consultant
- Previous experience working at a Top 50 Law Firm
- UK qualified lawyer with relevant qualifications based on legal specialism and/or membership of professional legal associations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
