We are looking for an Associate to join the investment team, specifically focusing on the gaming vertical. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes gaming — either as a lifelong passion or through hands-on experience in the industry — and is excited by the chance to shape the future of gaming companies through investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market analysis and sector mapping within the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystem
- Evaluate potential investments through financial modeling, commercial diligence, and company benchmarking
- Work closely with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and execution
- Support value creation across portfolio companies, including strategic planning and performance tracking
- Prepare investment memos, market insights, and updates for internal decision-making and external communication
- Engage with founders, industry experts, and operators to build insight and relationships within the gaming community
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or within the gaming industry (corporate or studio side)
- Deep interest in — or personal history with — gaming, game development, esports, or gaming media
- Solid financial and analytical skill set, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Proven ability to think strategically and communicate clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
