The role
As Account Manager you will be the day-to-day guardian of an assigned portfolio, maintaining impeccable service standards and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Client service β answer everyday enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations.
- Policy administration β place new business, renewals and endorsements with pinpoint accuracy.
- Documentation β prepare and issue schedules, certificates, cover notes and invoices.
- Claims support β guide clients through the entire claims journey, liaising with insurers to secure swift, fair settlements.
- Risk assessment & placement β identify exposures and collaborate with underwriters to secure tailored solutions across property, liability, motor, cyber and more.
- Relationship management β build strong, positive links with clients, insurers and other stakeholders.
- Compliance β uphold FCA, Lloydβs and internal standards at all times.
- Team support β provide reliable administrative assistance to senior account managers and directors.
