Your new role

As a Contract Manager with property compliance expertise, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of housing stock. You will help to lead on building safety strategy (mainly fire and asbestos), oversee risk assessments, and enable adherence to the latest legislation, including the building safety act. This is a hands-on role, and you will be collaborating with internal teams, residents, stakeholders, to maintain the highest of standards of safety and assurance.

  • Good knowledge of legislation (building safety act)
  • Excellent project or programme management skills
  • Relevant qualifications: NEBOSH or IOSH

What you'll get in return

Flexible and hybrid options are available for this role, with accessibility to the Gloucestershire region required. A daily rate of between £300 - £350 per day will be available (umbrella), paid to you on a weekly basis for the duration of your contract.
