We are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team based in our Southern region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Compilation of Commercial budgets,
• Procurement of subcontractor packages,
• Evaluation and payment of subcontractor applications,
• Effective cost management,
• Reporting on the projects commercial performance each month and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Negotiating and agreeing subcontract final accounts
• Day to day running of sites

Experience of working for a residential developer is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be driven to meet targets and deadlines. IT proficiency is also extremely important.
