Power Platform Developer – PowerApps – Service Packs lead: Local Government. Provide expert technical leadership in the design, build, and continual improvement of Microsoft Power Platform \”Service Packs\” that consolidate Finance, HR, Contracts, Risk, and Service-performance data into intuitive Power Apps and analytical dashboards—enabling decision-makers across the Council to access timely insights, drive efficiency, and evidence outcomes. £766 inside IR35 Gross Umbrella rate. (£550 PAYE) Shape and maintain the technical roadmap for Service Packs in line with the Council’s Digital Strategy and M365 optimisation plan. Establish and enforce Power Platform development standards, naming conventions, environment strategy, and ALM processes. Champion best practices, accessibility, and user-centred design across Digital & Customer Solutions to standards defined by the team. Essential experience: 3+ years designing, developing, and supporting production Power Apps & Dataverse solutions Hands-on integration with systems like Integra (finance), Axiom (budget management), Northgate/Zellis (HR and payroll) via REST or OData API Proficient in Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET C#, T SQL, DAX, and JSON Strong data modelling, ETL, and SQL performance tuning skills Able to lead Agile ceremonies, mentor junior developers, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
