Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular servicing and reactive maintenance of life safety and security systems, ensuring compliance and reliability
- Utilise electronic PDAs for efficient document control and coordination
- Manage van stock and support equipment orders
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues for accurate fault finding and repairs
- Communicate promptly with customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
- Supervise and train apprentices, contributing to our team’s growth
- Be a part of the companies call out rota:
- Yorkshire: 1 in 5 Days
- North West / Lancaster: 1 in 8 Days
- Standby Rate: 30 Weekday / 50 Weekend + Overtime if Called Out.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Fire and/or Security Engineer, with relevant accreditation (NACOSS and BAFE)
- Proficient in IT, including PDA usage and Microsoft Office applications
- Must possess a full, clean driving license
- Successful completion of a full DRB check and British Standard Security Screening (BS7858)
