Administration Assistant, Central London Our Client is an exciting Central London Based Engineering Project Management Company. This is a junior level role within their Administration team. They are looking for an early career level Administration Assistant with some existing office-based skills and experience, excellent data entry skills, and good attention to detail. Please note that this role is not a graduate position. We are specifically seeking someone with relevant administration experience and school or college level qualifications, who is looking to build a career in administration. The position offers excellent long-term potential. The role is full-time and office-based, starting at 8:00 AM, in line with industry standards. Responsibilities and duties include: General varied office administration duties Liaising with and supporting the CAD team Monitoring orders placed by site teams on the purchase portal Updating the online portal, tracking hours worked by specialist contractors, answering basic client questions Providing administrative support to the procurement team Supporting the Commercial Management Team with administrative tasks Assisting in planning company events such as Christmas and summer parties Resolving office issues related to IT, facilities, etc. Supporting the Project Management team with daily administrative tasks and record keeping Our client seeks a positive individual who is a good communicator and enjoys working as part of a busy, friendly team. Please note: Applicants must be fully entitled to live and work in the UK. Experience in administration within a technical, construction, or engineering company is advantageous but not essential.
