CARQUEST in Belfast is looking for an experienced Parts Manager who will be dedicated to their role and company. As a Parts Manager, you should be knowledgeable about the latest automotive technologies and possess strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Promote the sale of appropriate parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the products. Take customer orders and fulfill their individual needs. Maintain parts inventory for new and replacement parts. Handle ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory. Process paperwork for parts and invoices. Stay updated with continuing education and research to maintain job knowledge. Collaborate closely with the service, collision, and wholesale departments. Manage day-to-day parts department responsibilities. Build and maintain vendor relationships. Manage and schedule staff. Requirements: Parts management experience is a MUST. Team-oriented attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Data entry skills and computer proficiency. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Ability to work well in a process-driven environment. Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
