Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. Think of the Shift Leader as the cream cheese that enhances our bagels—adding flavor and cohesion to our team. Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team. Set the morale and tone of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. Contribute to a positive guest experience and a safe work environment.
