This is a Saturday part-time contract with an average of 4 hours per week. The working hours are as follows: Week 1: 5pm to 8pm, Week 2: 3pm to 8pm. Due to the nature of the role, you may also be required to work weekends, bank holidays, and university closed days. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to deliver high-quality cleaning services and provide an exceptional experience for our students and customers. Role: Assistant Team Leader You will work closely with the Operations Team Leader to ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented environment, maintaining high standards and a positive campus experience. The role requires a flexible, positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities include supporting the Team Leader and undertaking cleaning duties such as emptying bins, vacuuming, mopping, floor cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing sanitary areas. The role is hands-on, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective team relationships. This is a part-time, varied hours role primarily on Saturdays.
