My client is a private investment office for sophisticated investors including families, individuals and endowments with significant capital who are seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager to play a key role in constructing and managing multi-asset portfolios within the Portfolio Management team.
Looking to hire someone with between 4-6 years of relevant experience at either a private bank, wealth manager, family office or consultant, the individual will:
- Assist the Portfolio Management team with ongoing management of the client portfolios, including asset allocation, investment selection, performance monitoring, preparing investment recommendation documents and client reports and other associated portfolio management administrative duties.
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure they are consistent with the agreed client investment objectives and restrictions, and consistent with the target asset allocation and investment strategy from the Client Portfolio Committee.
- Participate in client meetings and occasionally new business pitches with the near-term ambition to take on leading the portfolio management element of client meetings.
- Assist the Portfolio Management team with the creation of bespoke portfolios for prospects in line with the model asset allocations and asset class positioning from the Asset Allocation Committee.
