Job Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Plant Resourcer, you will play a critical role in sourcing and onboarding the best operators to ensure excellent service for our customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Utilising the existing database to source operators.
  2. Managing day-to-day queries efficiently.
  3. Proactively finding and screening new operators.
  4. Verifying all documents and references.
  5. Maintaining organization and planning ahead.
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with operators.
  7. Problem-solving as needed.

Experience and Skills

  1. Previous resourcing experience in the construction industry.
  2. Confidence in communicating with a variety of people.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
