About us: Are you ready to launch your digital career with a company that\’s shaping the future of training and education? At McCrae Training, we\’re looking for a bright, motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Digital Operations Support Apprentice. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the fast-moving world of digital operations while working towards a nationally recognized qualification! You will be invigilating training courses, using SQA Connect and SQA Solar to manage qualifications and view candidate registration, along with the online assessment delivery platform. Main Responsibilities: Provide 1st line support for the Operations Team. Support sales, delivery staff, and learners collaboratively. Respond to and resolve support tickets, escalating when necessary. Become the business systems expert for task management and report creation. Utilize Dante CRM to manage delegate information, supporting a data-driven approach to learner management. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders via Microsoft Outlook. Use Microsoft SharePoint to access, share, and co-edit documents securely. Maintain Dante digital records and workflows in compliance with organizational standards. Use XAMS for e-assessments. Utilize CITB systems (CITB ITC and CITB SSP) for courses and online testing. Desired Skills and Attributes: Confident, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills. High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently, using initiative in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to present information clearly. Committed to completing tasks accurately and on time. Experience following company, client, and awarding body specifications. Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement. Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm. Salary: To be confirmed upon interview, ranging from Β£14,000 to Β£16,000 per annum. The program is designed to close skills gaps with immersive training, ensuring what you learn is applicable to your role.
