Training and Development

At QXi Group, we believe in nurturing talent! You will receive tailored training to help you succeed and reach your career aspirations. You’ll work closely with a dedicated mentor and learn from our top recruiters, helping you to become a fully independent consultant by the end of your first year.

You will be:

  • Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
  • Seeking new clients and creating new business opportunities.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Creating precise job descriptions and advertising them on appropriate job boards.
  • Actively headhunting passive candidates in the target market, on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn.
  • Hitting revenue targets.
  • Creating a network of key stakeholders.

The successful candidate must:

  • Ideally have 6-12 months sales experience.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
  • Have a success-driven mentality and a strong work ethic.
  • Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Be resilient, self-motivated, and proactive.

What we offer:

  • Salary £25-£27k.
  • OTE up to £45k in your first year.
  • Flexible working (2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office).
  • Early finish on Mondays and Fridays.
