ERP Project Manager – Hybrid Working – Outside IR35 Our global client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP transformation programmes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with international organizations and managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects on long-term contracts. Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets. Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, systems integrators, and vendors. Oversee project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Promote collaboration among cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures. Manage scope changes, risks, issues, and escalation processes. Lead organizational change management initiatives. Ensure effective and secure delivery of data migration, integration, and reporting requirements. Oversee testing strategies including UAT, regression testing, and defect management. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience leading complex ERP projects as a project manager. Experience managing multi-country ERP rollouts, with knowledge of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements.
