Senior / Strategic Finance Business Partner South West Regional Senior Finance Business Partner Your new company Multi-site division of a highly regarded UK plc. This division has a turnover in excess of £ 300mn and is very well-established in their marketplace, with many long-standing Clients, predominantly in the public sector. Your new role This is a strategic, regional role, where you will be required to: Define effective finance business partnering practices. Prepare high-quality monthly reports and analyses. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI creation. Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost control. Support the statutory accounts process and ensure compliance. Monitor and analyse financial trends. Partner with senior leaders on profitability and risk mitigation. Contribute to strategic decision-making and planning What you\’ll need to succeed Fully qualified with either ACA, ACCA or CIMA a preference Prior experience of Finance Business Partnering, combined with significant post-qualification experience. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external non-finance stakeholders and navigate a complex internal business.
