We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Event Marketing Manager to join Rela8 Group and lead demand generation campaigns across our portfolio of executive summits, roundtables, and private dinners. This is a high-impact, performance-focused role where you’ll be responsible for generating MQLs, supporting delegate acquisition, and driving sponsorship interest through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for all events
- Own Cvent landing pages and ensure they are optimised for conversion
- Build and execute email campaigns via Pardot, and track performance
- Run paid and organic outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Manage Salesforce lead tracking and integrate campaign reporting
- Report weekly on campaign performance: MQLs, CPL, conversion rates
- Align closely with Delegate Acquisition and Sales teams to meet joint goals
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in B2B event or demand generation marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Cvent is essential
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Proactive, commercially-minded, and confident working remotely
