We are recruiting for a Tech Lead to join our fantastic Digital Team in Leamington Spa. As the Tech Lead, you will lead the development of our mobile platform, ensuring technical excellence, security, and high-performance execution while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You\’ll Do Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications. Build seamless API integrations ensuring optimized data flow. Utilize AI-driven test automation and security enhancements embedded in CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver world-class digital experiences. Ensure continuous improvement in performance, security, and maintainability. What You\’ll Bring 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Expertise in Flutter for mobile, Swift, and Kotlin development. Proven experience in API integration, performance optimization, and security best practices. Experience working in AI-driven test automation and CI/CD environments. Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, collaborating with platform teams to ensure security compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers. Experience integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms). Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and serverless deployments. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
