As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be the linchpin between bold talent strategy and elite execution. This role demands pace, power, and precision. You’ll be highly visible, working across matrixed teams in India, the USA, and beyond, owning global hiring strategy and leading a TA team of 12. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. It’s centre stage, fast-moving, and built for someone who thrives on complex stakeholder relationships, thrives under pressure, and leads from the front—with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-end leadership of the TA function across digital, tech, and production
  • Build and execute a high-impact TA strategy aligned with global business priorities
  • Manage and optimise a blended team across geographies (India & US)
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, including direct partnership with senior stakeholders and execs
  • Navigate high complexity—reporting into a senior global TA lead and interfacing with multiple cross-functional partners
  • Use data to drive decision-making, improve performance, and inform strategic workforce planning
  • Assess, evolve, and strengthen the team—supporting growth while making tough calls where needed
  • Lead from the front in a high-performance, fast-paced, 'sports team' culture
  • Work closely with Chapter 2 leadership while operating as an embedded leader within the client organisation

A proven TA leader with experience in digital, tech, and media hiring. Experience working in matrixed, enterprise-level environments with global reach. Someone who can craft strategy and execute fast, balancing vision with urgency. Strong background working with senior stakeholders, able to influence and challenge with credibility. A track record of building, leading, and optimising high-performing TA teams. Politically aware, commercially sharp, and confident navigating global systems and compliance. Self-assured, direct, and comfortable with pace, visibility, and accountability. Someone who takes ownership—ask forgiveness, not permission mindset.
