Position Overview
We seek a Public Relations Consultant to join the Communication Research & Strategy Division within the Communications Strategy Department. The role involves analyzing large datasets to provide insights on the company's reputation and brand globally, and developing data-driven strategies for reputation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee global reputation studies and qualitative research programs.
- Manage social listening and sentiment analysis across digital and traditional media platforms.
- Evaluate brand measurement and ROI from advertising and sponsorships.
- Develop KPIs and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess impacts of communications activities.
- Manage the central repository of reputation and brand data.
- Handle contracting and invoicing with agencies.
- Conduct statistical analyses on datasets for driver analysis.
- Design surveys and data sourcing strategies ensuring statistical relevance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in data science or analytics.
