Primary Purpose Asset Protection Associates ensure a secure shopping environment, a safe workplace for staff, and the protection of company assets to support store success. Responsibilities Investigate loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property Prevent loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics Maintain safety and security of the store Implement shrink reduction strategies Qualifications At least one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, loss prevention, or asset protection Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality High School Diploma or GED required.
