A fantastic opportunity for a Matrimonial Solicitor to join my client, a well-established and client-oriented firm in Witney, Oxfordshire. The firm is a high-street practice established in 1932 offering legal services in matrimonial, conveyancing, dispute resolution, probate trust and wills. They have one office located in a wonderful position on the church green in a market town.

The practice is seeking a dynamic and motivated solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PEQ gained within a matrimonial department. The successful candidate must have a professional proactive approach to working, as well as excellent client care skills and understanding of individual client needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to take over an established caseload, they will need to be experienced in conducting financial remedy proceedings and private law children act proceedings.
