Our client, a Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Real Estate fee earner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and client-focused solicitors to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of Landlord and Tenant work, including lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management, and working on the property aspect of corporate transactions.
- Managing a caseload of development real estate work.
- Handling cases from initial instruction ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
- Drafting and approving legal documentation.
- Undertaking business development as required.
- Conducting legal research where necessary to support your caseload.

- 2-3 years’ experience undertaking Real Estate work as a fee earner.
