At Ridge and Partners, we are a growing, multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy helping clients create better, more sustainable places for people to live, learn, work and play. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Bid Coordinator to support our Defence team, based in our Bristol office.
What you'll do:
- Provide assistance with submission documentation: bids, project case studies, CVs etc.
- Working with relevant members of the team to create and craft compelling bid responses that showcase the best that Ridge has to offer.
- Researching and gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Managing bid timetable to ensure bid team members respond in line with bid plan, all deadlines are met and that all bids are compliant and commercially sound.
- Reviewing previous relevant bids and best practice answers.
- Managing Microsoft Teams sites.
- Working in conjunction with the bid team to ensure central bid library is kept up to date.
- Proofing and editing colleagues' bid response documents, ensuring each document contains required information to create a successful, winning bid.
- Work with bid team members as a community of practice to ensure a consistent quality of bids.
- Continuously improve and enhance the standards and effectiveness of our written responses in conjunction with the bid and marketing teams.
- Preparation of client presentations and capability statements.
