Description Were seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Lead to champion environmental and energy performance at the site level with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards. This role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for sustainability with strong data analysis skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners youll play a key role in reducing environmental impact driving energy efficiency and advancing initiatives that align with our wider corporate ESG strategy. As a key player in shaping and delivering the sites sustainability agenda your work will contribute directly to measurable improvements in performance regulatory compliance and long-term environmental impact. JOB DUTIES: Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards and lead site audits. Develop and maintain the sites Sustainability Roadmap to drive measurable improvements. Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency waste reduction and environmental impact. Manage and analyse sustainability data including energy use and ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) metrics. Support internal engagement through sustainability programs and initiatives. Collaborate with teams across the business to integrate sustainability into daily operations. Coordinate sustainability submissions including Ecovadis customer tenders and ESG reports. Identify and drive areas for improvement in sustainability and compliance practices. Ownership of the sites waste management process including reporting and driving improvements. Support HSES tactical and operational activities to ensure compliance and efficiency within budget constraints. YOU MUST HAVE: Familiarity with sustainability topics the circular economy and reporting frameworks. Knowledge of carbon management and reduction in a business environment. Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards. Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel. Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach. Ability to analyse data identify trends and drive solutions. Strong interpersonal project management and communication skills. WE VALUE: Experience with SAP and/or O9 MRP Supply Planning tools is an advantage ISO Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 desirable.
