Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality/F&B Focus

Up to £60,000 DOE | Hybrid (3 days in-studio, 2 days WFH) | Birmingham

We’re working with a long-established design studio in Birmingham known for creating standout interiors for the hospitality and F&B sector — think bold concepts, beautifully executed. They’re now looking for a Senior Interior Designer who brings both creativity and clarity to the table: someone who can confidently lead design direction, inspire junior designers, and shape engaging environments for a wide range of clients.

The Role:

• Lead concept development and bring creative strategies to life across projects
• Direct and inspire internal design teams to get the best from their talent
• Collaborate with other creatives across the studio to push ideas forward
• Take ownership of presentations, reviews, and client pitches
• Mentor junior designers and foster a strong, collaborative studio culture
• Stay hands-on with design when needed, ensuring high standards and attention to detail

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a senior interior design role, ideally with a hospitality/F&B focus
• Strong concept skills and an impressive portfolio of completed interiors
• Confident across all design stages – from pitch through to project delivery
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, with good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• A degree (or postgrad) in interior design or a related field
• A team-first mindset and the ability to motivate others while staying grounded and approachable
