Based at St Paul\’s Catholic College, Burgess Hill, RH15 8GA Hours: Full time Contract: Permanent Bosco CET believes that customer service is key, which is why this exciting new role is pivotal to the schools within the Bosco Catholic Education Trust. You will provide a collaborative working relationship with the Business Managers and finance staff in the Trust\’s schools to assist them in further understanding and managing their financial performance, as well as suggesting improvement actions and other opportunities to help with their budgets. This is an exciting time to join the Trust, as it continues to grow, with 13 schools already in the Trust, 5 more joining over the coming year, and an additional 15 planned. This will be the first dedicated Finance Partner post within the trust. Over time, the central finance team is expected to grow, so flexibility to a changing operating environment is essential, as is the ability to establish credibility with Business Managers and finance staff in each school. Based at the Trust offices in Burgess Hill, this role involves travel across Sussex to support the Trust\’s schools. The Trustees are advertising for a full-time role but are flexible about working arrangements and open to exploring other models to find the right candidate. Bosco CET is looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, experience in financial planning and analysis, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and enthusiasm for details—delving into and analyzing them to find solutions and creative ways to support schools. A key priority will be to partner with and build strong, collaborative relationships with Business Managers and finance staff across the Trust, providing critical support.
