Passionate about Active Support, inclusion, and empowering young people. Calm under pressure, with great problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. Committed to creating a real \”home\” feel – where every individual’s voice is heard and valued. In this role, you’ll: Be a key part of shaping the service culture and standards. Lead by example on the floor, making sure every moment counts for the people we support. Work hand-in-hand with the Manager to recruit, train, and grow a fantastic team.
