ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Carer at our client\’s care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our client\’s residents to enable the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Like everyone here, as a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll always respect the dignity and preferences of our client\’s residents and play your part in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join as a Senior Care Assistant. We’ll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We’re looking for warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individuals who provide personalized care and support to residents. You’ll have opportunities for career development through ongoing training, with potential to progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
