Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Head of SEO & Content to join our team. This role involves executing an SEO & content marketing strategy to grow and sustain the affiliate brands in our network. You will work at a strategic level in search marketing and be hands-on with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategise, execute, and report on SEO & content strategies
- Set and achieve ranking and revenue targets
- Manage and hire for the SEO & Content team
- Collaborate with content teams to deliver engaging content
- Develop content plans to meet targets
- Implement tactics like content optimisation and link building to improve rankings
- Monitor search landscape visibility and review competitor strategies
- Contribute to the strategic direction and organic growth of Moneturn crypto brands
- Oversee content operations to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Proven success in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced start-up or agency environment
- 6+ years of SEO experience
- Experience managing small teams
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
- Strong organisational skills and workload management
- Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
