Winning Store Operating Model sets out to identify and roll-out the most cost effective in-store operating model to enable retailers to be competitive locally while offering great customer experience in the face of the inflationary environment, the scale of energy challenges retailers face coupled with significant challenges in securing and retaining labour today. It is a transformational program of work to drive change that will deliver bottom line profitability enhancements for Retailers, whilst protecting the shopper experience. The primary objective for this role is to support individual projects within the overall WSOM programme, through the utilisation of robust project management practices, that will help deliver successful outcomes for Musgrave and our Retail Partners. The Role is suited to an ambitious individual with a desire to actively impact change and efficiency that will deliver benefits for Retailers. The candidate should be excited by an opportunity to support the development of new bespoke solutions and is comfortable in building relationships and stakeholder management. **Please note that this is a 2 year contract role Key Responsibilities Implementation, at store level, of the overall Winning Store Operating Model (WSOM) programme. Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones using a task-based approach that includes resource needs and timelines. Monitor and report on project progress, facilitating regular updates with project stakeholders while identifying risks and determining appropriate solutions. Ensure the overall change programme remains on track and the planned efficiencies are gained. Drive and challenge assumptions of execution plans. Facilitate communication about project changes to all stakeholders, retailers, Musgrave teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
