As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure that stock levels meet sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

Main Duties Include:

  • Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments.
  • Pick and load van/carrier accurately for timely customer delivery.
  • Check stock quantities against computer records.
  • Develop effective solutions to challenges using personal judgment and initiative.
  • Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and work with drivers to ensure excellent delivery service.
  • Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.

Working Hours: Average hours are Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.

About You: You should have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
