This is a Zero hour contract with competitive salaries up to £14.43 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, along with benefits. The Murrayfield Nursery, part of CC Nurseries, is based in Edinburgh. Our busy 90-place nursery offers a home-from-home environment, led by a passionate team. We feature hand-picked resources (natural where possible) to encourage self-directed play and discovery. Outside, there\’s a large, secure outdoor space with a fire pit, fishpond, outdoor classroom, and a dedicated area for the youngest children to enjoy fun activities. Requirements As a Nursery Assistant (Bank Staff), you will: Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources appropriate to children\’s ages and stages of development. Support the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. Assist in implementing an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times. Work collaboratively within a team to support all children and team members. Understand and meet the requirements of the curriculum. Ideally hold an Early Years Qualification or have experience working with children under 5.
