Position Overview

We are recruiting operational staff for the Fit Out and Refurbishment sector. Our client is a prominent company in this industry, established 40 years ago, with a strong presence in London.

Their projects typically occur in \’zone 1\’ and include CAT B fit outs for blue-chip companies and complex Cut & Carve projects valued up to £250M. Their annual turnover is approximately £375M, with numerous large projects underway.

Current Project

Commercial Fit Out (Cat A and Cat B), valued at over £200M

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and trades.
• Implement and enforce health & safety standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in commercial office fit outs.
• Long-term employment history with previous employers.
• Experience with complex refurbishment projects, facades, subterranean work, roof removal, building extensions, or prime CAT B fit outs.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
• Reliable and resilient.
• Certifications: CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS.

Compensation

Up to £80,000 plus package.
